Dinner at my parent’s. This picture does not do the dish justice. It’s Ina Garten’s lemon fusilli with arugula. The flavors were incredible- the pasta was absolutely infused with lemon and tasted like a sunny spring day. Mom said she used 4 times as much garlic as the recipe called for. Oh, and Dad made steak too. Amazing meal.My goodness, that looks delicious.
